I am a hard working student and would describe myself as reliable, accurate, and always on time. The different subjects I study and the many travels I have done so far, emphasize my passion for adventure. I have learned to become flexible in adapting to different work settings, living conditions, and collaboration with different cultures. I take school related issues seriously but also know how to relax and recharge my batteries.
My friends describe me as smart, funny, thoughtful, assertive, focused and a person with an overall positive attitude and outlook on life. I like to occupy myself with the finer things in life and most of the time you find me with a smile on my face. This is why I have been given the Chinese name: Le Can Lan (=charismatic person with a radiant smile)
As I will graduate in the Spring of 2010, I intend to approach future employers with this virtual portfolio in a more creative way than with an ordinary job application. In looking at not only my professional skills, but also my personal activities and interests, you will have a better understanding of me as a person.
